Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

AR Review:

- Mike send parser dev contract draft 10 to Bob and Michael
  - Done

- Bob send parser document to Atul and Chris.
  - No update from Atul
  - No update from Chris

- Mike update parser message list spreadsheet
  - No progress on message list, will be worked on today

New items:

DesignCon summit:
- Mike suggested asking Chris Denham to give an overview of SAE
- Bob recommended against that
- We decided to suggest introducing Chris and discussing SAE in the chair report

- Bob suggested giving an IQ presentation
- Mike suggested a presentation about uses for parser source code
  - Use same compiler and linker switches to guarantee same platform compatibility as other software
  - Support platforms for which free executables are not available
  - Add -version switch to print version info and exit
  - Modify to check IBIS files in any directory path
  - Modify check messages for clarity and/or parsability
